8 Signs That Your Body Shows Before Having a Stroke

A stroke is a medical condition in which poor blood flow to the brain results in cell death. It occurs in both men and women, but the mortality rate is bigger in women. When you reach 55-years of age, the risk of suffering a stroke doubles each ten years. There are 2 types of strokes. An Ischemic stroke is a stroke caused by lack of blood flow and hemorrhagic, which is caused by bleeding. Both strokes result in part of the brain not functioning properly. It’s a really serious and often fatal condition. Even if it’s nonfatal, it can leave you paralyzed, severely debilitated or unable to communicate.
